Experteer Overview As an Oracle Manager in Deloitte’s Oracle Enterprise Solutions practice, you help clients define cloud strategies, design and implement Oracle-based solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes. You’ll lead cloud strategy, architecture, and migrations while embedding AI capabilities within Oracle Cloud. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to align technical delivery with business goals and drive transformation for leading organizations. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Oracle cloud strategy, architecture, and implementation for client organizations * Design and deliver AI agent capabilities within Oracle Cloud (Oracle AI Agent Studio, Fusion embedded agents, OCI Generative AI) * Oversee cloud migration, application and database consolidation initiatives * Conduct cloud suitability assessments and translate findings into implementation recommendations * Lead project teams and provide technical guidance to ensure alignment with client objectives Tasks * 6+ years designing enterprise IT solutions with 4+ years on Oracle technologies * Experience leading RICE (reports, integrations, conversions, extensions) delivery for Oracle ERP Cloud * Experience delivering Oracle ERP Cloud PaaS extensions * 2+ years leading Oracle Cloud integration initiatives using OIC or SOA Suite * Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/SE/IS/Engineering * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * accommodations for people with disabilities * broad range of benefits * professional development and mentorship opportunities
