Delivery Senior Consultant, Workday Student Records

Experteer Overview In this role you help higher education clients unlock value from Workday Student by guiding design, configuration, testing and deployment. You partner with university leaders, IT and Workday consultants to translate requirements into effective student records solutions and future-state processes. You will analyze current workflows, shape optimal configurations, and drive successful delivery within Deloitte’s center delivery model. This position offers impact across HR and student data systems, with cross-functional collaboration and a chance to advance Workday expertise in a public education context. Compensation / Benefits * Support the Workday Student Records functional area lead through solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment for a higher education client * Translate business requirements into system configurations and process changes for Workday Student * Analyze current student records processes, design future-state workflows, and configure Workday solutions to meet institutional needs * Serve as liaison between university leadership, functional owners, IT teams, and Workday consultants to ensure alignment and successful delivery Tasks * 5+ years of experience working with Workday Student * 3+ years of experience configuring one or more of: Workday Records, Financials, or Financial Aid for higher education * Actively Workday Student Records certified * Bachelor’s degree * Hybrid work model with residence within commutable distance to Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg * Co-location up to 30% of time; travel up to 10% overnight Key requirements *
