Delivery Senior Consultant, Workday Student Records

Experteer Overview In this role, you support Workday Student implementations for a higher education client as part of Deloitte’s GPS practice. You translate requirements into system configurations, design future-state processes, and ensure successful delivery through cross-functional collaboration. You will liaise with university leadership, IT, and Workday consultants to align on solutions and outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Support Workday Student Records lead through design, configuration, testing, and deployment for higher education client * Translate business requirements into Workday Student configurations and process changes * Analyze current student records processes, design future-state workflows, and configure solutions * Coordinate with university leadership, IT, and Workday teams to ensure alignment and delivery Tasks * 5+ years of experience with Workday Student * 3+ years of configuration experience in one or more higher education Workday modules (Records, Financials, or Financial Aid) * Workday Student Records certification * Bachelor’s degree * Hybrid work model with location requirements near Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg; travel up to 10% * Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship Key requirements *
