Delivery Senior Consultant, Workday Student Financials

Experteer Overview In this role you help public higher education clients transform HR and Workday ecosystems. You will lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment for Workday Student and related modules, translating requirements into practical system changes. You’ll analyze current processes, design future-state workflows, and coordinate with university leadership, IT, and Workday teams to ensure successful delivery. You’ll work within Deloitte’s GPS practice and Center model to drive impactful student-focussed HR technology outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Support Workday Student Financials functional area lead through solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment for higher education clients * Translate business requirements into system configurations and process changes leveraging deep Workday Student knowledge * Analyze current student records processes, design future-state workflows, and configure Workday solutions to meet institutional needs * Act as liaison between university leadership, functional owners, IT teams, and Workday consultants to align on delivery and ensure project success Tasks * 5+ years experience with Workday Student * 3+ years experience configuring one or more of: Financials, Financial Aid, and/or Records in Workday * Actively Workday Student Financial Aid certified * Bachelor’s degree * Hybrid work model with travel up to 10% overnight; co-location up to 30% of time; relocation within 12 weeks if needed * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
