Delivery Senior Consultant, Workday Student Financials

Experteer Overview In this role you will support Workday Student implementations for higher education clients, translating requirements into configuration and process changes. You will analyze current student records workflows and design future-state solutions, coordinating with university leadership, IT, and Workday consultants to ensure delivery. You’ll operate in a center model, balancing independent work with team collaboration to drive HR technology transformation. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on delivering effective Workday Student solutions and aligning stakeholders around a shared path forward. Compensation / Benefits * Support the Workday Student Financials functional area lead through design, configuration, testing, and deployment for higher education clients * Translate business requirements into system configurations and process changes leveraging Workday Student expertise * Analyze current student records processes and design future-state workflows with Workday configurations * Serve as liaison among university leadership, functional owners, IT, and Workday consultants to ensure alignment Tasks * 5+ years of experience with Workday Student * 3+ years of experience configuring one or more higher education Workday modules (Financials, Financial Aid, and/or Records) * Active Workday Student Financial Aid certification * Bachelor’s degree * Hybrid work model with commutable distance to Center locations; travel up to 10% overnight; relocation within 12 weeks if necessary; legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship Key requirements * broad range of benefits
