Google Gemini Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation

Experteer Overview In this Technical Senior Consultant role, you design Google Gemini services and lead delivery across onshore and offshore teams to implement technology-enabled customer experiences. You’ll manage senior client relationships, oversee project work, and help expand engagements through strategic proposals. The position blends strategy, technology, and creative delivery to solve complex customer challenges at scale. You will mentor teams and shape delivery methods to maximize value for clients and the firm. Compensation / Benefits * Client management: oversee day-to-day interactions with senior sponsors * Delivery: lead components of engagements from requirements to cutover, including design, prototyping, data migration, and training * Business development: support pursuit activities, scope and pricing, and client relationship management * People development: coach and guide delivery staff, participate in recruitment and retention * Team leadership: build and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring quality and on-time delivery Tasks * Minimum 5 years of consulting or industry experience * At least 5 years hands-on end-to-end delivery with GCP Gemini Enterprise for Cx * At least 2 years experience with GECX components (Conversations, Agent Assist, Quality AI, Insights) and BigQuery/Looker for analytics * Ability to travel up to 50% * Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
