Experteer Overview In this role you will design Google Gemini services and lead delivery across onshore and offshore teams to create transformative customer experiences. You will manage senior client relationships, oversee project delivery, and drive business development within existing accounts. You will coach delivery teams, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality outcomes while pursuing new opportunities. This position sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and creativity to help clients transform their sales and service experiences. Compensation / Benefits * Design and oversee Google Gemini services and delivery across distributed teams * Manage day-to-day client interactions with senior sponsors * Identify business requirements, design functional processes, and develop user stories * Prototype, test, migrate data, prepare cutover, train users, and define support procedures * Drive proposal development, scope, and pricing strategies with key clients * Coach and develop delivery staff, participate in recruiting and staffing decisions Tasks * 5+ years of consulting or industry experience * 5+ years hands-on, end-to-end delivery with GCP Gemini Enterprise for CEX * 2+ years experience with GECX Self-service, Conversational Agents, Agent Assist or Quality AI, and analytics with BigQuery & Looker * Willingness to travel up to 50% * Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
