SAP/SF Payroll Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview As SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Senior Consultant, you will help clients configure and implement payroll solutions within SAP SuccessFactors. You will work with cross-functional project teams to deliver results, while also leading workstreams and maintaining hands-on control to meet deadlines. You’ll build strong, trusted relationships with clients and colleagues to drive project success. This role sits in Deloitte’s HR Strategy & Technology, offering the chance to shape how organizations optimize workforce processes and outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Support the configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions for client engagements * Collaborate with project teams to deliver results and contribute to project success * Lead and manage teams across assigned workstreams * Maintain a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are accurate * Build and maintain relationships with clients and project team members throughout the engagement Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 4+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Payroll, including at least 2 full life cycle implementations * Ability to travel 0-50%, based on client needs * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * broad range of benefits * discretionary annual incentive program
