Google Gemini Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role, you will design Google Gemini services and lead delivery across onshore and offshore teams to help clients achieve transformative customer experiences. You’ll manage senior-level client relationships, oversee project delivery, and identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts. You’ll guide teams through requirements, design, prototyping, data migration, and go-live readiness while mentoring colleagues. This position blends strategy, technology, and creativity to shape scalable customer-centric solutions. Compensation / Benefits * Design Google Gemini services and oversee delivery across onshore/offshore teams * Manage day-to-day client interactions with senior sponsors * Lead requirement gathering, design, process mapping, user stories, prototyping, testing, data migration, cutover, and training * Oversee quality and project outcomes; ensure practitioner discipline and governance * Develop and drive pursuit strategy; contribute to proposal scope and pricing * Coach and mentor delivery teams; participate in staffing and recruitment efforts Tasks * Minimum 5 years of consulting or industry experience * At least 5 years hands-on end-to-end delivery with GCP Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) * At least 2 years experience with GECX Self-service with Conversational Agents (Dialogflow CX), GECX Agent Assist or GECX Quality AI, Conversational Insights, BigQuery & Looker for analytics * Ability to travel up to 50% * Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) Key requirements *
