Delivery Consultant, Oracle HCM Technical Integrations

Experteer Overview As a Delivery Consultant in Deloitte’s GPS team, you help design, build, and deliver Oracle Cloud HCM integrations and data migrations to enable HR transformation. You work with cross-functional teams to manage risks, ensure data quality, and support reporting and go-live activities. This role sits at the intersection of HR tech and government/public sector work, offering scope to impactHR operations and enterprise-wide efficiency. You will collaborate with specialists across platforms to implement AI-enabled HR solutions and ensure successful outcomes for clients. Compensation / Benefits * Design, build, and deliver technical integrations, data conversions, and reporting for Oracle Cloud HCM implementations * Identify cross-functional impacts across HR, security, reporting, and integrations; escalate risks or issues as needed * Support integration design and execution across Oracle Cloud HCM and connected systems (inbound/outbound interfaces, middleware, data mapping, end-to-end validation) * Contribute to data conversion activities (extraction, cleansing, transformation, load prep, reconciliation, cutover support) to enable accurate legacy migrations * Support reporting workstream by gathering requirements, developing operational/compliance reports, and validating data quality and stakeholder needs * Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to track risks, dependencies, and issues across integrations, conversions, and reporting; assist with testing, go-live, and post-production stabilization Tasks * 2+ years delivering Oracle Cloud HCM technical solutions * 1+ years supporting or leading integrations, conversions, and/or reporting for full-life cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations * Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance * Bachelor’s Degree Key requirements *
