You collaborate with Cyber, Risk, Compliance, Privacy, and Legal teams to translate requirements into guardrails and scalable solutions. This position combines data engineering with governance and GRC expectations in regulated enterprise environments, offering opportunities to shape AI-assisted cyber operations at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Build scalable batch and stream data pipelines ingesting security telemetry, control evidence, and compliance artifacts into governed data stores * Design data models for risk and controls domains (KI indicators, issues/defects, risk acceptance, audit evidence, policy exceptions) and enable self-service analytics and dashboards * Implement data quality checks, lineage, metadata, and access controls to support auditability and regulatory defensibility * Develop AI-enabled capabilities for governance, risk, compliance, and cyber operations (evidence summarization, control testing assist, policy Q&A, investigation copilots, ticket triage, exception reasoning) * Engineer integrations between data platforms, governance workflows, and enterprise systems with observability and runbooks * Partner with Cyber, Risk, Compliance, Privacy, and Legal stakeholders to translate requirements into implementable controls and guardrails Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience * 4+ years of experience in data engineering and software development using Python and SQL * Experience building production data pipelines and data models for batch and/or stream processing, deployed on cloud platforms with IaC and secrets management * Experience implementing data governance controls (classification, PII handling, least-privilege access, encryption, retention, audit logging, lineage/metadata) * Experience supporting governance, risk, and compliance workflows (risk reporting, audit data requests, controls monitoring/testing, compliance metrics, tool integrations, and LLM-enabled apps) * Ability to travel 0-25% and willingness for possible immigration sponsorship Key requirements * broad range of benefits * discretionary annual incentive program * accommodations for people with disabilities
