Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will build and operate governed data foundations powering cyber risk, compliance evidence, and AI-enabled cyber workflows. You will design production-grade pipelines and data models that support risk reporting, controls monitoring, and audit-ready evidence. You contribute to a governance-first culture by embedding privacy, lineage, and security into data platforms. You work with cross-functional teams to translate GRC requirements into scalable, reliable solutions. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape data-driven cyber defense at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Build scalable batch and streaming data pipelines ingesting security telemetry, control evidence, and compliance artifacts into governed data stores * Design data models for risk, controls, and audit evidence enabling self-service analytics and dashboards * Implement data quality, lineage, metadata, and access controls to support auditability and regulatory defensibility * Develop AI-enabled capabilities for governance, risk, and compliance and cyber operations (evidence summarization, control testing assist, agentic copilots, ticket triage) * Engineer integrations between data platforms and enterprise systems with observability and runbooks for production support * Collaborate with Cyber, Risk, Compliance, Privacy, and Legal stakeholders to translate requirements into guardrails and implementable controls Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience * 4+ years of experience in data engineering and software development using Python and SQL * Experience building production data pipelines and data models for batch or stream processing on cloud platforms * Experience implementing data governance controls including data classification, encryption, access control, retention, audit logging, and lineage/metadata management * Experience supporting governance, risk, and compliance workflows and large language model-enabled applications using retrieval-augmented generation and related techniques * Ability to travel 0-25% and potential for limited immigration sponsorship Key requirements *
