Job description
Experteer Overview In this role you build and operate governed data foundations for cyber risk, compliance evidence, and agentic AI-enabled workflows. You design production-grade data pipelines and models to support risk reporting, controls monitoring, and audit-ready evidence. You collaborate with Cyber, Risk, Compliance, Privacy, and Legal teams to translate requirements into guardrails and scalable solutions. You will blend data engineering with governance expectations to enable secure, compliant operations in regulated environments. This is a chance to shape data-driven cyber risk management at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Build scalable batch and stream data pipelines ingesting security telemetry and compliance artifacts into governed stores * Design data models for risk and controls, including KPIs, issues, defects, risk acceptance, and audit evidence * Implement data quality, lineage, metadata, and access controls for auditability and defensible evidence * Develop AI-enabled capabilities for governance, risk, and cyber operations (summarization, guidance, copilots, ticket triage) * Engineer integrations between data platforms, GRC workflows, and enterprise systems with observability and runbooks * Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into implementable controls and guardrails Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience * 4+ years in data engineering and software development using Python and SQL * Experience building production data pipelines and data models for batch/stream processing with cloud, containers, IaC, APIs, and secrets management * Experience implementing data governance controls including data classification, encryption, access controls, retention, audit logging, and lineage/metadata management * Experience supporting governance, risk, and compliance workflows including risk reporting, audit data requests, controls monitoring, and LLM-enabled applications using retrieval-augmented generation Key requirements *
