Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you help clients strengthen cyber resilience by delivering Next-Gen SOC capabilities. You will design and deploy SOC platforms, including Cortex XSIAM, and optimize SIEM ingestion and SOAR playbooks to enable proactive risk management. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate threat intelligence and present actionable findings to stakeholders. This opportunity lets you shape security operations for diverse clients while advancing Deloitte’s cyber defense mission. Compensation / Benefits * Lead design and deployment of Next-Generation SOC platforms (Cortex XSIAM) and develop advanced detection rules * Configure SIEM ingestion and SOAR playbooks to streamline incident response * Integrate log and telemetry sources for data quality and visibility * Develop automated response workflows for containment and remediation * Advise clients on threat detection use cases, automation strategies, and SOC capabilities * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance solutions and incorporate threat intelligence * Present findings and recommendations to client stakeholders * Manage projects or workstreams and coordinate with clients to meet timelines Tasks * Bachelor in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or another technical field * 4+ years of experience in cloud, network, or identity security * 3+ years of experience with SOC tools and platforms (Cortex XSIAM, Cortex XDR, Splunk, or similar SIEM) * 3+ years of SOC experience in detection engineering, automation, and data management * 3+ years of experience with EDR platforms (Microsoft Defender, Cortex XDR, CrowdStrike) and governance frameworks * Ability to travel 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
