Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you help clients strengthen cyber resilience by designing and deploying Next-Generation SOC capabilities, leveraging Cortex XSIAM and SIEM/SOAR technology. You will integrate data sources, automate incident response, and advise on threat detection use cases to deliver actionable security outcomes. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to enhance solutions and present findings to client stakeholders. This opportunity lets you shape security operations for complex environments in a client-facing consulting setting. Compensation / Benefits * Lead design and deployment of Next-Generation SOC platforms (Cortex XSIAM) and SOAR playbooks * Ingest and integrate log and telemetry sources for data quality and visibility * Develop and optimize automated response workflows for containment and remediation * Advise on threat detection use cases, automation strategies, and SOC capabilities * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance solutions and present client findings Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or another technical field * 4+ years of experience in cloud, network, or identity security * 3+ years with Security Operations tools/platforms (Cortex XSIAM, Cortex XDR, Splunk) * 3+ years in SOC roles covering detection engineering, automation, playbooks, and data handling * 3+ years with EDR platforms (Microsoft Defender, Cortex XDR, CrowdStrike) and governance/security frameworks * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * travel up to 50% * accommodations for people with disabilities
