Reference: 100404Job OverviewAre you looking for your next opportunity within the IT function at Mitie? We are seeking an experienced and driven IT Manager to support the delivery of technology services across the JPECCS contract in Scotland. This role is critical in ensuring IT services are aligned to front-line operational needs across courts, custody suites, and escorting bases. Acting as the key interface between operational teams and IT, you will ensure technology solutions are effective, secure, and enable safe and efficient service delivery.You will work closely with stakeholders including SPS, operational teams, and suppliers, while travelling across locations to maintain strong visibility and relationships.Main DutiesAct as the primary link between operational teams and IT, ensuring IT services meet contract and operational requirementsLead the delivery of site-based IT solutions, managing projects end-to-endOversee IT service delivery, incidents, and project activity in line with
