Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will contribute to building and modernizing a scalable, enterprise web application for a lending product. You will work within cross-functional teams, including offshore partners, to deliver user-centric experiences. You will lead frontend design, architecture, and implementation while ensuring quality through automated testing and CI/CD. This position offers the chance to impact product quality, speed, and reliability at scale, in a collaborative, agile environment. Compensation / Benefits * Develop web application for the lending product using the in-house framework * Participate in standups, agile ceremonies, collaborate with offshore team, and present during reviews * Lead design, development, and modernization of enterprise web apps delivering scalable and user-centric experiences * Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive, high-performance web applications with modern frontend tech * Lead frontend architecture, technical design reviews, and reusable UI components and design systems * Guide, mentor, and coordinate offshore development teams for timely delivery * Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and User Research to translate requirements * Lead UI design discussions, assess feasibility, and align engineering with UX * Present UI solutions, demos, and technical recommendations to customers, stakeholders, and leadership * Establish and maintain automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, code quality standards, and deployment best practices * Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and improve stability, scalability, and UX Tasks * 10+ years of experience * React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, Python, JSON, AJAX, jQuery, Bootstrap, CSS, SASS, Axios * Cloud (OnPrem or Azure) * GitHub Actions, Jenkins CI/CD * Webpack, BrowserStack * Web service integration * Docker, Kubernetes Key requirements *
