Purchasing Solutions Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will drive enterprise-wide purchasing setup and governance within EnterpriseOne (E1) to enable efficient new community openings and ongoing divisional support. You will partner with divisions to standardize data, implement national purchasing strategies, and troubleshoot system usage to maximize E1 investments. You’ll work cross-functionally to improve processes, train end users, and document best practices, all while supporting Toll Brothers’ premium residential communities at scale. This is a hybrid role in Tampa with a focus on enabling consistent, efficient setup and strong stakeholder collaboration. Compensation / Benefits * New community setup: lead and coordinate enterprise-wide setup with Division teams to ensure on-time openings and data validation * On-going support: enable end users with national purchasing strategies and transition to new option/item numbers as needed * Update and optimize division setup: revise rules and valid values for evolving products and conduct knowledge-based setup alternatives * Documentation and training: document setup processes, identify gaps, and provide end-user training * E1 data integrity: complete update processes when class codes change and validate mappings to legacy data * Strategy & planning: assess stakeholder requirements, recommend process improvements, and design enhancements to purchasing applications * Testing and deployment: perform user-focused testing to ensure issue resolution before go-live * Cross-functional collaboration: work with cost code mapping, trade code validation, and program assortment to ensure integrated solutions * Phase 2 E1 conversion and integration: support legacy Toll Divisions migration and future acquisitions * Data validation: ensure new setup aligns with legacy records and organizational data standards Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Residential Purchasing or equivalent experience in residential building sector * Strong Microsoft Excel skills * Functional working knowledge of EnterpriseOne (E1) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Customer service mindset and initiative * Ability to plan, prioritize and work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Key requirements * Medical/dental coverage * 401(k) with company match * Discounted stock purchase * Discounts on mortgages and homes * Competitive compensation * Hybrid work model
