Purchasing Solutions Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will drive national governance and enterprise-wide setup for new Toll Brothers communities using EnterpriseOne (E1). You will partner with divisions to standardize purchasing data, support end users, and implement efficient processes across purchasing workflows. You’ll lead testing, troubleshooting, and documentation to ensure timely openings and smooth transitions with a focus on process improvement. This position offers hybrid work and a path to influence purchasing strategy at a Fortune 500 luxury home builder. Compensation / Benefits * New community setup: ensure enterprise-wide, consistent setup and data validation with division teams to meet deadlines * Ongoing support: implement national purchasing strategies, update option/item numbers and division rules as needed * Documentation and training: document setup processes and identify end-user training needs * Strategy & planning: review requirements, design enhancements, test and deploy improvements to E1, collaborate with cross-functional areas * Phase 2 EnterpriseOne conversion: support legacy divisions and future acquisitions during migration Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * Minimum 5+ years in Residential Purchasing or related residential construction experience * Strong Microsoft Excel skills * Functional knowledge of EnterpriseOne (E1) * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities * Team-oriented, ability to prioritize and manage tasks Key requirements * medical/dental benefits * 401(k) with company match * discounted stock purchase * discounts on mortgages and homes
