Purchasing Solutions Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will oversee national purchasing governance and support for Toll Brothers’ EnterpriseOne system, enabling efficient, enterprise-wide community setups and purchasing processes. You’ll partner with divisions to standardize data and configurations, drive process improvements, and ensure smooth transitions as new communities open and systems evolve. The position blends technical E1 expertise with business process insight to maximize the value of system investments. You’ll work hybrid, collaborating across teams to enable scalable, consistent purchasing solutions. Compensation / Benefits * New community setup: develop setup for each trade, ensure enterprise-wide consistency, validate data with divisions, meet deadlines for openings * Ongoing support: assist end users with national purchasing strategies, manage transitions to new option/item numbers, revise setups as values change * Documentation and training: update processes and provide end-user training, document purchasing setup procedures and trade strategies * Strategy & planning: analyze requirements, propose process improvements, design and deploy system enhancements, test and validate changes before production * Collaboration: coordinate with cost code mapping, trade code validation, program assortment, and data validation to tie to legacy systems * E1 update processes: run updates when class codes are adjusted and monitor channels for support Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Residential Purchasing or related residential sector experience * Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel * Functional knowledge of EnterpriseOne (E1) * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities * Analytical mindset with attention to detail * Ability to plan, prioritize, and work in a team environment Key requirements * comprehensive medical/dental * 401(k) with company match * discounted stock purchase * mortgage discounts * home discounts * career development opportunities
