Experteer Overview In this role you drive enterprise-wide purchasing efficiency by managing EnterpriseOne setup for new communities and ongoing support across divisions. You’ll translate national guidance into practical processes, partner with field teams, and ensure timely openings of communities. You’ll lead data validation, testing, and documentation to streamline purchasing workflows. Compensation / Benefits * New community setup: collaborate with division teams to standardize enterprise-wide setup and ensure on-time openings * Ongoing support: provide end-user training, implement national purchasing strategies, and update setup as product lines change * Strategy and planning: analyze requirements, design enhancements, test developments, and validate data across systems * Cross-functional collaboration: work with cost code mapping, trade code validation, and program assortment * Documentation: record purchasing setup processes and trade strategies for future troubleshooting Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 5+ years in Residential Purchasing or related residential building sector * Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills * Functional working knowledge of EnterpriseOne (E1) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to plan, prioritize, and work in a team environment Key requirements * medical/dental * 401(k) with company match * discounted stock purchase * discounts on mortgages * discounts on homes
