Min. 1-2 years work experience on the field of IT Infrastructure IT Technician qualification is a must; IT Engineer or equivalent is preferred Fluency both in the native language (Spanish) of supported location(s) and in English is a must ITIL Certification (Education knowledge) Exposure to and understanding of a manufacturing environment (Soft
