We are looking for you About you We are looking for a Senior Webflow Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for building high-quality, scalable and conversion-oriented Webflow websites for our clients. This is not a pure visual design role, but we are looking for someone with a strong design eye, excellent UX/UI sensitivity and the ability to translate strategy, wireframes and visual concepts into polished Webflow implementations. You should be confident working independently, taking ownership of your work and joining client conversations when needed. We are looking for someone who can understand business requirements, challenge solutions constructively and deliver Webflow projects with a high level of quality. We’d to know you At Novicell, a Senior Webflow Specialist’s responsibilities include - Build advanced Webflow websites, landing pages and modular page systems. - Structure Webflow projects using CMS, components, reusable sections and scalable naming conventions. - Work with Client-First or similar Webflow methodologies. - Implement responsive websites with strong attention to detail across desktop, tablet and mobile. - Translate UX/UI designs into high-quality Webflow implementations. - Apply good design judgement without being responsible for creating full visual design systems from scratch. - Optimise Webflow builds for performance, accessibility and Core Web Vitals. - Configure Webflow CMS collections, templates, forms and interactions. - Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, project managers and digital marketing specialists. - Support basic SEO, tracking and marketing implementation requirements in Webflow. - Participate in client meetings to understand requirements, explain solutions and provide technical recommendations. - Document Webflow structures and best practices so projects can be maintained and scaled over time. You are our Senior Webflow Specialist if your skills are - Professional fluency in English, both spoken and written. - Proven experience building advanced websites in Webflow. - Webflow certification or official Webflow credentials. - Strong understanding of Webflow CMS, components, interactions and responsive development. - Experience working with Client-First or similar scalable Webflow methodologies. - Strong UX/UI sensitivity and a good eye for visual detail. - Ability to implement designs accurately and improve them when needed from a usability and conversion perspective. - Understanding of conversion-oriented websites, landing pages and customer journeys. - Basic understanding of SEO best practices in Webflow. - Familiarity with tracking setups such as GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel or similar. - Basic knowledge of integrations through tools such as Zapier, Make, Webhooks or third-party forms. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Client-oriented with a proactive and consultative mindset. - Capable of managing multiple stakeholders and priorities. - High autonomy, ownership and attention to detail. - Ability to work in a structured way and document your work clearly. A typical day at Novicell - Review a Webflow project structure and identify improvements before implementation. - Join a client call to clarify requirements for a new landing page or website section. - Build a CMS-powered page template following a scalable Webflow structure. - Collaborate with a UX/UI designer to translate a design into a responsive Webflow experience. - Support the Sales or Strategy team with technical input for a Webflow opportunity. - Optimise an existing Webflow page for performance, responsiveness or maintainability. - Coordinate with tracking or automation specialists to ensure forms, events and lead flows work correctly. - Document a component or CMS structure so the client or internal team can maintain it properly. - Participate in an internal knowledge-sharing session about Webflow best practices. Nice to have - Danish language skills. - Spanish language skills. - Experience working in agencies or consultancies. - Experience working with international clients. - Experience with B2B websites, SaaS websites or complex corporate websites. - Basic front-end knowledge: HTML, CSS and JavaScript. - Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. - Understanding of CRO principles. - Experience with Webflow localisation. - Experience collaborating with automation workflows in Make, Zapier or similar tools.
