ServiceNow Developer

Experteer Overview You will join an agile development team on the Luke Program to design, build, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications for the Intelligence Community. You will leverage ITSM, CMDB, HR, and DevSecOps modules to deliver enterprise solutions and drive continuous integration and delivery. This role emphasizes collaboration with Mission Partners, re-engineering business processes, and elevating standards and knowledge transfer. You will help shape secure, scalable workflows and join a mission-driven culture focused on national security. Compensation / Benefits * Develop, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow applications including ITSM, SPM/PPM, CMDB, ITOM/ITAM, CSM, HR, Change Management, and more * Unit test, code reviews, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines * Customize UI, workflows, and API; configure applications across environments * Maintain configuration management on ServiceNow across environments * Collaborate with other ServiceNow admins to implement solutions and handle requests * Engage with Mission Partners to align IT goals and re-engineer business processes * Provide expertise on standards and validations (e.g., ISO 9000) * Deliver knowledge transfer through training and documentation * Coordinate between project teams to enable enterprise-wide integration of re-engineering efforts * Champion awareness and implementation of new business processes * Prepare process documents, testing plans, workflows, and work plans * Lead or participate in requirements presentations to leadership and Mission Partners * Coordinate tasks across departments to accomplish project tasks Tasks * U.S. Citizen with active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph * Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field with 6+ years of experience, or Master’s with 4+ years, or Associate with 8+ years * Extensive backend development with JavaScript for ServiceNow and ServiceNow Glide * ServiceNow Developer Certification (CSA preferred) * Understanding of best practices in workflow and process management for commercial and federal sectors * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with industry partners * Ability to estimate work and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment * Public speaking skills and professional demeanor; experience with Scrum/Agile * Experience in agile development practices (stand-ups, sprints, requirements gathering, documentation) Key requirements * flexible time off * robust learning resources * healthcare * retirement * continuing education * time off benefits
