Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you design complex cooling and HVAC systems for mission-critical facilities and collaborate within cross-functional teams. You contribute to multi-discipline performance, apply advanced modeling, and help bring designs from concept to construction. Compensation / Benefits * Support project teams through design and construction phases * Design air distribution, hydronic and automated temperature control systems * Coordinate mechanical requirements with other disciplines and stakeholders * Prepare drawings and specifications for issuance to architects, contractors, and building owners * Attend client meetings and contribute to discussions * Mentor junior engineers * Oversee all mechanical design aspects and review drawings prior to issuance * Perform CFD evaluations for existing and new facilities * Select major equipment and develop project specifications * Survey and evaluate existing conditions and perform construction administration tasks * Maintain ethical conduct and comply with company policies Tasks * 1-3 years designing mechanical systems for high-performing commercial, industrial, or mission-critical/data center buildings * Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and written/verbal communication skills * Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Trane Trace, and Pipeflow * Knowledge of building, mechanical and energy codes * Ability to travel to client sites; travel may be required * Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with policies Key requirements * medical, dental, vision * disability and life insurance * retirement savings * flexible workplace model
