Experteer Overview As a transformation expert in Accenture’s SAP practice, you drive digitization efforts for clients using SAP solutions. You’ll lead and coach project teams, design innovative SAP-based strategies, and ensure successful system setup and testing. You work closely with stakeholders to navigate change and deliver measurable business value. The role blends hands-on configuration with advisory leadership, offering opportunities to shape large-scale transformations. Compensation / Benefits * Understand and promote SAP best practices to maximize value for clients * Identify strategies, risks, and options; propose approaches to avoid problems * Lead, coach and manage project staff and performance * Provide design options using prototypes to client stakeholders * Set up, configure and test SAP systems following SAP methodologies * Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to align objectives and outcomes * Kick-start transformation programs, domain- or platform-led * Support renewal of recruitment processes and drive process redesign * Provide functional guidance and document system workflows and technical considerations * Travel to client sites as needed (0-100% depending on project) Tasks * 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals * 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development * 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Talent * Certified in SuccessFactors Performance and Goals * Certified in SuccessFactors Succession Management * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience Key requirements * medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability coverage * 401(k) plan * bonus opportunities * paid holidays * paid time off
