SAP SuccessFactors LMS Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you help clients accelerate digitization by guiding SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementations and related transformation programs. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to shape advisory decisions, configure solutions, and lead workstreams across on- and offshore resources. This role blends client-facing leadership with hands-on analysis and change management to deliver measurable outcomes. You join a global SAP practice focused on innovation and value creation. Compensation / Benefits * Identify and assess LMS requirements for SAP SuccessFactors implementations * Provide advisory on LMS functionality decisions * Kick-start transformation programs, domain- or platform-led * Demonstrate SAP-driven solutions to address client business problems * Lead and/or run workstreams and project activities * Collaborate with technical, reporting, data conversion, change management, and PMO teams * Refine methods, tools, and procedures to fit client needs * Document requirements, solutions, impacts, alternatives, and decisions * Communicate clearly to diverse project participants * Travel as required (0-100%) Tasks * 5+ years SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience (or 8 years equivalent) * 3+ years SuccessFactors LMS experience * 1+ year as Project/Large Workstream/Client Lead on large SAP transformations with mixed resources * Certified in SuccessFactors LMS * Certified in at least one other SF domain (e.g., PMGM, Training, Recruiting) * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) of work experience Key requirements * medical, dental, vision, life * long-term disability * 401(k) plan * bonus opportunities * paid holidays * paid time off
