Job description

The role involves partnering with a diverse group of professionals-such as editors, project managers, engineers, developers, researchers, executives, and SMEs-to prepare and polish proposals, reports, analyses, diagrams, forms, and templates for internal and external audiences. Key duties include managing deadlines effectively and ensuring that all written content reflects brand standards, meets quality expectations, and is free from errors.

Requirements

5-9 YOE in document formatting Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of communications, English, psychology, or relevant Typically, five years of experience in a word processing or desk top publishing role required or a sufficient combination of education, skills, and experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Advanced skills with Microsoft and Adobe applications for document layout, form and template development and creation, graphics, and production required.
