Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will help develop embedded software for mission systems, primarily in C/C++, across the full software lifecycle. You join a radar mode development team within the Software Technologies Organization and contribute to Model-based Engineering and DevSecOps-driven delivery. You will work with cross-functional teams to validate software on simulators and production hardware, while embracing agile practices and continuous learning. This position supports national defense objectives and offers impactful work at scale in a collaborative, empowering environment. Compensation / Benefits * Analyze, develop, and modify existing software using modern techniques * Identify risks, propose mitigations, track defects, and report status * Design, construct, and execute unit tests; develop verification test plans and report results * Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to test software on simulators and production hardware * Identify and assess new technologies prior to implementation * Engage with systems engineering in reviews to ensure end-to-end requirements * Support continuous improvement through automation and DevSecOps practices Tasks * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related STEM Degree * US Citizenship * Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance and maintain it * 10+ years of experience with C/C++ * 10+ years of experience with real-time embedded software * 10+ years of experience with full software lifecycle (specification, design, implementation, integration, debug, maintenance) Key requirements * health insurance * life and disability insurance * savings plan * Company paid holidays * paid time off (PTO)
