Experteer Overview As Principal Solution Architect - Networking, you define the future state architecture and strategy for enterprise networking across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. You will lead scalable, secure, and automated networking solutions for critical business applications. You’ll shape standards, governance, and roadmaps while partnering with engineering, security, and cloud teams to drive enterprise-wide networking excellence. This is a high-impact role at AT&T, enabling resilient and efficient infrastructure at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Define enterprise networking architecture strategy across hybrid, multi-cloud, and on-prem environments * Develop reusable network patterns, reference architectures, and automation frameworks * Improve service resiliency, efficiency, and consolidation of infrastructure * Architect highly available, scalable, secure network solutions for mission-critical apps * Establish long-term networking standards and roadmaps aligned with business goals * Lead cloud networking adoption, SDN, network virtualization, and automation * Provide architectural governance for routing, switching, security, and distributed systems * Collaborate with engineering, security, application teams, cloud providers, and leadership * Evaluate emerging networking technologies and drive automation and orchestration * Mentor architects and engineers on complex networking challenges and strategic initiatives * Influence AT&T’s technical direction at enterprise scale by building foundational networking capabilities Tasks * 7+ years of expert-level experience in designing and architecting large-scale enterprise networking * Deep knowledge of hybrid cloud and multi-cloud networking * Strong expertise in routing and switching, network protocols, control plane design * Experience with SDN, network virtualization, and infrastructure automation * Advanced understanding of network security architecture and secure-by-design principles * Proven experience delivering highly available, resilient networking for mission-critical environments * Experience with infrastructure consolidation, service resiliency, and ops excellence initiatives * Strong knowledge of cloud networking services across major public clouds * Experience with automation, orchestration, and IaC * Understanding of large-scale distributed systems and their networking needs * Ability to establish enterprise standards, governance, and roadmaps * Strong collaboration, communication, and executive presentation skills * Experience leading cross-functional architecture initiatives Key requirements * Medical/Dental/Vision * 401(k) plan * Tuition reimbursement * Paid Time Off and holidays * Paid Parental Leave * Disability Benefits
