Desktop Support | Level III

We are seeking a Level III Desktop Support professional to provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and project assistance for end-user technology, network equipment, servers, telephony, and audio/video systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical, customer service, and leadership skills., * Provide advanced technical support and problem resolution for desktops, laptops, servers, network devices, and peripherals.

• Lead and support complex IT projects, installations, and technology initiatives.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, telephony/VoIP, and audio/video issues.
• Document troubleshooting procedures, solutions, and installation activities.
• Work closely with customers, IT teams, engineering partners, and management.
• Provide guidance on equipment standards and technology requirements.
• Coach and mentor team members as needed.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining daily support responsibilities.
• Prioritize and resolve customer issues within established service levels.

• 3+ years of customer-facing end-user technology support experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Mac/iOS systems.
• Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware and operating systems.
• Experience with VoIP/telephony, audio/video, collaboration technologies, servers, and networking.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead projects and work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
