Experteer Overview As a Software Development Manager for the S3 Index team, you will lead a high-impact group engineering scalable indexing systems that ensure durability and availability of key-value metadata for S3. You’ll steer architectural direction for a high-visibility, first-class AWS service, partnering across S3 to balance performance with reliability. You’ll influence product and technical strategies while growing engineers and delivering solutions that handle massive scale and diverse access patterns.
