Experteer Overview As Software Development Manager, you lead a team of SDEs to build reliable, scalable data-processing and distributed systems that power Selection Monitoring’s mission to expand the Amazon catalog. You collaborate with senior engineers, product, and program management to shape architecture and deliver high-availability services across petabyte-scale datasets. You’ll drive serverless and container-based compute, orchestrate hundreds of data flows, and foster team growth while raising the quality bar. This role places you at the heart of stitching data, ML, and web-scale systems to enhance customer experience.
