Software Development Manager, EC2 UltraServer Availability

Experteer Overview As Software Development Manager, you lead a two-pizza team focused on automating end-to-end repair for UltraServers. You drive the technical direction to transform manual recovery into self-healing automation, impacting fleet availability. You collaborate across hardware, software, and data center operations to shorten repair dwell times and scale recovery workflows to new regions. You will grow engineers, shape architecture decisions, and report progress to senior leadership, delivering measurable improvements in availability.
