Experteer Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end system testing for an advanced radar system, with a strong focus on software verification. You will work closely with an Agile team to develop plans, procedures, and reports that validate system requirements and acceptance criteria. You will support subsystem-to-system integration, fault handling, and test readiness activities while contributing to innovative test automation efforts. This position offers impactful work within Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector, shaping results that affect national security and space operations. Compensation / Benefits * Execute software testing on an advanced radar system * Develop and maintain test plans, procedures, and reports * Create detailed requirements verification procedures for formal acceptance testing * Support system/subsystem integration and test activities including fault handling * Document test requirements and verification methodologies in the requirements management system * Review systems engineering documentation for test alignment * Support development of system integration plans and test scenarios for software/hardware integration * Participate in system/element-level test planning and readiness reviews * Contribute to development of innovative test automation solutions * Support an Agile software development team across the integration and test effort * Participate in engineering peer reviews to ensure technical rigor and quality * Report to the Integration and Test Lead * Role eligible for Level 3 or Level 4 Tasks * Active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance * Level 3: 5 years with Bachelors STEM in Science; 3 years with Masters; 1 year with PhD * Level 4: 8 years with Bachelors STEM in Science; 6 years with Masters; 4 years with PhD * Experience developing software requirements verification procedures * Experience conducting formal requirements verification tests Key requirements * Health insurance coverage * Life and disability insurance * Savings plan * Company paid holidays * Paid time off (PTO) * Annual bonuses and long-term incentives
