Systems Engineer - Level 3/4 (AHT)

Experteer Overview As a Systems Engineer, you will own the system technical baseline and ensure harmony between CONOPS, requirements, design, and test. You’ll coordinate cross-discipline teams to translate mission needs into concrete design and verification activities. You’ll drive requirements development with customers, shape integration and test plans, and use MBSE to inform design decisions. Compensation / Benefits * Own the program’s system technical baseline and ensure consistency across CONOPS, requirements, design, and test * Coordinate multi-discipline teams to resolve issues and drive decisions * Lead requirements development with customers and stakeholders * Develop integration strategies, V&V plans, and detailed test plans at system and subsystem levels * Apply modeling, simulation, and MBSE artifacts to support design decisions and trade studies * Identify technical risks and develop mitigation plans * Present approaches and results to internal leadership and external customers * Support proposals, basis-of-estimate development, and technical volumes Tasks * Active Top Secret/SCI clearance at time of application * Experience with system requirements and interface control documents (ICDs) * Ability to perform requirements analysis, allocation, and traceability from high-level needs to components/services * Ability to specify/validate requirements for build, deployment, and rollback in a cloud environment * Ability to create clear technical documentation (requirements, interface specs, sequence diagrams, data flow diagrams) * Familiarity with reading/creating/interpreting CAMEO/DOORS/MBSE models Key requirements * health insurance coverage * life and disability insurance * savings plan * Company paid holidays * paid time off (PTO)
