  • Unterstützung bei IT-Anfragen und technischem Support

Betreuung und Wartung der Arbeitsplatzsysteme und Netzwerke Durchführung von Updates, Backups und Sicherheitschecks Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung neuer IT-Projekte Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen und FAQs

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder relevante Berufserfahrung

Kenntnisse in Hardware- und Softwareadministration Erfahrung mit Ticketing-Systemen von Vorteil Problemlösungsfähigkeit und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen Organisationstalent und Belastbarkeit
