- IT-Support für Mitarbeiter bei Hardware-, Software- und Netzwerkproblemen, Installation und Wartung von IT-Komponenten und Netzwerken Benutzerverwaltung und Zugriffsmanagement Verwaltung und Priorisierung von Support-Anfragen im Ticketsystem
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im IT-Bereich
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Support oder einer vergleichbaren Position Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows, macOS und Netzwerktechnologien Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen und Remote-Support Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und analytisches Denken
