As part of its Digital Transformation Strategy and Future Generation Initiative, UNICEF is advancing two key priorities under this consultancy: the implementation of structured governance workflows (via Service Gateway and related processes), and the mapping of operational workflows across the newly established Website, Editorial and Governance (WEG) section. These initiatives are essential to improving operational efficiency, strengthening compliance, and ensuring clarity of roles and processes across the section. To support these efforts, UNICEF is seeking a qualified consultant to work with the DGP team across two interconnected workstreams: the identification and assessment of WEG section workflows for potential implementation in ServiceNow; and the coordination of the implementation and adoption of DGP governance

Information Technology, Web Development, or related subjects - Work Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital governance, web management, or digital project coordination, with proven experience supporting the implementation of operational workflows and coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely, with a track record of maintaining communication and meeting deadlines in a virtual work environment. - Skills : - Digital Governance and Web Ecosystem: Strong understanding of digital governance frameworks, particularly in managing public-facing digital platforms (websites, domains, and related services). Familiarity with UNICEF’s digital ecosystem and governance processes is a strong asset. - Workflow Implementation & Service Management: Demonstrated experience supporting the implementation and rollout of structured workflows on service management platforms, with knowledge of ServiceNow specifically considered essential for this assignment. Familiarity with ServiceNow (e.g., Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Virtual Agent) is a strong asset. While not responsible for technical configuration, the consultant should understand how workflows are operationalized and adopted across teams and be able to assess their suitability for platform implementation. - Project Coordination & Delivery Tracking: Proven ability to coordinate complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors. Strong skills in tracking deliverables, managing dependencies, and ensuring timely follow-up and execution. - Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to work across global, regional, and country-level teams. Ability to facilitate coordination, follow up effectively, and ensure alignment across diverse stakeholders. - Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify workflow inefficiencies and propose optimization strategies.
