Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will translate business needs into GenAI-enabled solutions for public sector clients, embedding with client teams to prototype and deliver high-impact outcomes. You’ll work within an FDE pod to build scalable, production-grade AI-enabled platforms and guidance for enterprise IT environments. You will engage senior stakeholders, shape solutions in collaboration with product owners and engineers, and contribute reusable assets to accelerate delivery. This is a hands-on, fast-paced opportunity to drive measurable business impact from day one, across a government-focused AI transformation agenda. Compensation / Benefits * Embed with client teams to identify high-value GenAI use cases and translate them into solutions * Lead sessions with clients and stakeholders to shape outcomes and drive delivery * Prototype and deliver working GenAI-enabled solutions and workflows across enterprise platforms * Build scalable AI engineering patterns, tool-use approaches, and human-in-the-loop controls * Deliver production-quality code with strong testing, CI/CD, logging, and documentation * Design extensible functionality and contribute reusable assets (code, prompt libraries, runbooks) Tasks * Bachelor in Computer Science (or equivalent) * 4+ years software/data/analytics engineering experience * 1+ years experience with ServiceNow platform * 1+ years hands-on experience building GenAI/LLM-powered solutions * Active ServiceNow Systems Administrator certification * Active ServiceNow Application Developer certification * Active ServiceNow ITSM Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM) certification * 1+ years leading project workstreams and translating business problems into AI solutions * 1+ years building reliable, maintainable, well-documented code * Ability to travel ~50% * Ability to obtain and maintain US government security clearance Key requirements *
