Job description
Experteer Overview As an HR Systems Analyst, you will own and optimize core HRIS modules, driving accurate data flow and seamless integration across the portfolio. You will act as a SME for system mapping, automation rules, and workflow setup, partnering with payroll and HR teams to support multi-property needs. You’ll troubleshoot data issues, lead data transformation and reporting projects, and assist with system enhancements and UAT. This role sits at the intersection of people operations and technology, enabling scalable HR processes in a growth-focused hospitality company. Compensation / Benefits * Own configuration and ongoing management of core HR system modules (time & attendance, payroll, pay groups, timeclock rules, accruals, earnings/deductions codes) * Serve as SME on system mapping, automation rules, and workflow setup across HR functional areas * Troubleshoot and resolve system data flow issues and processing exceptions * Own data integrations between core HR systems and downstream systems (benefits, talent, etc.) * Lead complex data transformation and reporting projects using advanced Excel and/or reporting tools * Support HR, payroll, and other teams with system troubleshooting across a multi-property portfolio * Partner on process documentation (permissions/access matrices, system workflows) * Assist with vendor escalations and partnerships related to system functionality, data processing, and license administration * Support future system enhancements, module rollouts, and UAT for new functionality Tasks * 4+ years of HRIS experience * Dayforce experience strongly preferred; ADP experience a plus * Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex data transformations) * Experience supporting a multi-site or multi-entity organization * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to data accuracy * Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders Key requirements * Free Telemedicine and Virtual Mental Health care * Health Insurance options * 401k Plan + Company Match * Paid Parental Leave * Paid Time Off * Pet Insurance
