Systems Engineer 3

Experteer Overview In this role you will apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to develop system architectures, analyze requirements, and translate customer needs into detailed specifications. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet schedule, cost, and performance goals and support large program designs. You will leverage Cameo, DOORS, and related tools to model, verify, and communicate technical approaches. This position offers collaboration with engineering, logistics, and program teams in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. Compensation / Benefits * Translate customer requirements into specifications using DOORS under schedule/cost constraints * Develop system architecture with Cameo Enterprise Architecture and create behavioral/structural models * Ensure architecture, requirements, and designs align with program needs and integrate with technical requirements * Collaborate with program teams to produce engineering artifacts and mature architecture for large programs * Develop and incorporate model-based requirements across the system and drive model integration * Participate in engineering reviews and present technical approaches at program reviews * Apply technical expertise to solve complex system problems Tasks * Bachelor in STEM with 5+ years of experience (Level 3) OR Master with 3+ years OR PhD with 1+ year * US Citizen with ability to obtain DOD Secret clearance * Experience in systems engineering processes and requirements development/verification/validation * Strong communication and technical writing skills * Experience with system integration, requirements management, analysis, verification/validation * Proficiency in MBSE tooling and life-cycle engineering practices Key requirements * medical, dental, vision * 401K with company match * ESPP * HSA * EAP with counseling * training and certification support
