Experteer Overview In this limited two-year hybrid role at Mayo Clinic, you will lead data readiness for the Faculty Information Management System (FIMS) and Academic Career Information Modernization (ACIM) program. You will partner with business, operational, data, and technical teams to assess data quality, define governance, and guide migration readiness, delivering analytic solutions to support implementation and adoption. You will work with domain experts, data scientists, and developers to translate biomedical data into actionable knowledge and integrate it into workflows. This role offers the opportunity to shape enterprise data modernization and influence clinical and academic workflows through translX Compensation / Benefits * Lead data readiness for FIMS/ACIM and assess data quality * Define data governance approaches and source-of-truth decisions * Guide migration readiness activities and develop analytic solutions * Collaborate with domain experts, data scientists, and developers to architect translational solutions * Design or redesign applications to optimize data management, extraction, and analysis * Advise departments on deriving information and delivering into workflows * Oversee experiments that validate informatics solutions * Communicate change management needs to informatics staff and customers Tasks * Bachelor in a relevant field (with 12 graduate hours in clinical or bioinformatics) * Seven years or more of translational informatics experience or equivalent * PhD or masterâs degree with five yearsâ experience preferred * Strong leadership and communication skills * Expertise in informatics methods and healthcare data types * Ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks * Experience with software development and data management tools * Authorization to work in the United States without Mayo Clinic sponsorship Key requirements * Medical: multiple plan options * Dental: Delta Dental or reimbursement option * Vision: national network plan * Pre-Tax Savings: HSA and FSAs * Retirement: competitive retirement package
