Experteer Overview In this role you will shape and operate a large Cisco enterprise network in NYC, ensuring secure, scalable connectivity across data centers and campuses. You will collaborate with infrastructure, security, cloud, and application teams to resolve complex network issues and lead major incident response during P1 outages. Compensation / Benefits * Operate and support a large-scale Cisco enterprise network * Troubleshoot and maintain Cisco SDA fabric deployments and Catalyst Center (DNA Center) infrastructure * Administer Cisco ISE services: authentication, authorization, profiling, and network access policies * Support high-density enterprise and healthcare wireless environments * Manage Cisco Nexus data center networking with VXLAN/EVPN * Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Secure Firewall technologies * Lead technical response during P1 network outages and perform root-cause analysis * Collaborate with infrastructure, security, cloud, and application teams * Follow operational processes and change management using ServiceNow * Participate in a 24x7 support model including on-call responsibilities * Perform advanced troubleshooting for wireless connectivity, RF optimization, client roaming, and performance issues Tasks * Strong hands-on SDA experience * Experience administering and troubleshooting Catalyst Center (DNA Center) * Extensive experience with large-scale Cisco routing and switching * Expertise with Cisco ISE (authentication, authorization, profiling, NAC, onboarding) * Hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst 9800 Wireless Controllers * Strong enterprise wireless troubleshooting skills * Experience with Cisco Secure Firewall technologies * Understanding of Cisco Nexus Data Center technologies (VXLAN, EVPN, NDFC) * Experience with BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP * Azure networking and ExpressRoute connectivity, hybrid cloud networking * ServiceNow incident/change workflows * Root cause analysis and incident management * On-call and 24x7 support experience * Knowledge of RF and network performance monitoring Key requirements *
