Embedded Software Engineer (W2 ONLY And AI Experience Required)

Experteer Overview In this contract-to-hire role, you will design and build tools and pipelines supporting embedded Linux development. You’ll collaborate with firmware, hardware, and QA to advance engineering processes and leverage AI-assisted workflows to improve quality and velocity. The position offers remote work via TEKsystems, with W2 employment and a Tampa-based contract-to-perm pathway. You will impact firmware validation, automation, and lifecycle quality gates while contributing to a scalable engineering ecosystem.
