Job description

  • Vom First Level Support weitergeleitete Anfragen klassifizieren und systematisch abarbeiten
  • Fehleranalyse und Behebung einfacher sowie komplexer Störungen
  • Kunden telefonisch oder schriftlich über Lösungen informieren
  • Bei schwierigeren technischen Fehlern koordinieren Sie die Vorgänge über die interne Weiterleitung an die Kollegen
  • Weiterbildung von Kollegen im First Level Support

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung bspw. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im IT-Support von Vorteil
  • Sicherer und routinierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen wünschenswert
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der Installation und Betreuung von Endgeräten und Druckern, idealerweise ebenfalls mit Active Directory und Azure AD
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift
