Operations Support Engineer/Assistant

We are seeking a Command Specialist with recent Measuring While Drilling (MWD) experience, specifically with Electromagnetic (EM) telemetry. The candidate will provide technical support to customers operating MWD equipment in the field, troubleshoot issues remotely, document equipment activity, and escalate technical problems to the appropriate teams. Support ongoing equipment rental and sales activities. Must-Have Requirements Recent MWD experience within the last 3 5 years. Strong experience with Electromagnetic (EM) telemetry/tools. 3 5 years of direct field experience in directional drilling/MWD services. Experience in North American Land operations. Minimum 2-year technical degree. Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Excellent troubleshooting and customer communication skills. Comfortable providing technical support remotely. Preferred Experience Previous client / Extreme experience. Experience with XEM and xBolt systems. Experience with rotary steerable systems (RSS). Knowledge of other Client /Extreme MWD systems.
