Microsoft Azure Configuration Management Cyber Security Computer Networks Information Technology Servicenow

Track change requests and trouble tickets in ServiceNow or Remedy AR to ensure they are properly documented and managed.\n
Maintain configuration management and lifecycle documentation for Mission IT assets.\n
Evaluate system needs and provide recommendations for software updates and hardware replacements.\n
Support desktop system updates, accreditation compliance, and security authorizations.\n
Assist with risk management frameworks and compliance with ODNI, DIA, DoD, DISA, Navy, NIA, and ONI policies.\n

Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 8+ years of experience, or a master’s degree in a related field with 6+ years of experience. Additional training, certifications, or work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.\n
Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph.\n
Active IAT Level II DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification, such as Security+ CE, or the ability to obtain the certification within 30 days of offer acceptance.\n
5+ years of Windows System Administration experience.\n
Expert level technical experience and knowledge of server environment installation, configuration, and security.\n
Extensive knowledge of Windows hardware, software, and network components.\n
Experience with C&A, DIACAP, RMF, ICD 503, and/or the NIST Framework.\n
Expertise in evaluating, installing, and maintaining IT infrastructure.\n
Experience coordinating with technology teams to support services and applications.\n
Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Administration.\n
Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.\n
