Job description

We are looking for a senior SAP Transportation Management Integration Specialist with extensive experience supporting integrations within complex, highly customized SAP TM landscapes. This is not a pure SAP TM Functional Consultant position. The primary responsibility is to troubleshoot and support integrations between SAP TM and upstream/downstream SAP and external systems. The consultant will work in an AMS environment supporting production incidents, service requests, change requests, root cause analysis, interface troubleshooting, workarounds, and small enhancements.

Requirements

12+ years of SAP technical/integration experience.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP Transportation Management integrations.
Strong understanding of SAP TM business processes sufficient to troubleshoot integration failures across: Transportation Planning, Freight Orders, Freight Settlement, Carrier Collaboration, and Execution / Event Management
Experience analyzing inbound and outbound interfaces involving SAP TM.
Strong expertise troubleshooting failed, delayed, duplicate, or inconsistent interface transactions.
Strong experience with Root Cause Analysis and production issue resolution.
Experience supporting highly customized and high-volume SAP environments.
Strong understanding of integration between SAP TM and surrounding enterprise systems.
Experience handling: Production incidents, Service Requests, Change Requests, Interface defects, and Small enhancements under approximately 80 hours
Ability to review technical/interface logs, identify failure points, propose workarounds, and coordinate permanent fixes.
Ability to work closely with SAP TM functional consultants, developers, middleware teams, and business users.
Strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
