Job description

We are looking for a senior SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) Functional Consultant with strong experience supporting highly customized, high-volume transportation environments. The consultant will primarily support Application Management Services (AMS) activities, including incident resolution, service requests, change requests, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, workarounds, and small enhancements., * Handle Change Requests and small enhancements based on business requirements.

Analyze highly customized SAP TM solutions and identify practical workarounds and solutions.
Coordinate with SAP TM technical, integration, and other application teams to resolve issues.
Work directly with business stakeholders and users to understand issues and provide timely solutions.

Requirements

12+ years of SAP experience with strong hands-on SAP TM expertise.
Strong experience with SAP TM Freight Settlement, including TM-FSL / related freight settlement processes.
Experience with Charge Calculation / Charge Management (TM-CCM) and Freight Rate Management.
Strong knowledge of Carrier Collaboration processes.
Experience with SAP TM Planning and Vehicle Scheduling & Routing (VSR).
Strong understanding of end-to-end transportation planning and execution processes.
Extensive experience supporting SAP TM in an AMS / Production Support environment.
Strong troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis skills for complex production incidents.
Experience handling incidents, Service Requests, Change Requests, Production defects, and Small enhancements.
Ability to analyze highly customized SAP TM solutions and identify practical workarounds.
Strong communication skills and experience working with business stakeholders, support teams, and integration teams.
Provide support for SAP TM Planning, Vehicle Scheduling & Routing (VSR).
Analyze end-to-end transportation planning and execution processes., Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
